About the event

The Salish Sea Institute WWU, Pacific Mammal Research (PacMam), Northwest Straits Commission, and The Salish Sea School are partnering to introduce Hope for the Salish Sea for educators.


This workshop will include a presentation about Hope for the Salish Sea and what that means, a presentation by the Salish Sea School about their work and how they instill hope through their programs, and an opportunity for educator attendees to discuss solutions for bringing hopeful messaging into their classroom to engage students.
